Rhonda Hughey - Founder & Director, Fusion Ministries, Inc.
Rhonda
Hughey has been serving the international prayer and revival movement for over a
decade. Her passion is to see people personally restored by the love and power
of Jesus and for His glory to be reflected through His Church resulting in the
evangelization of the lost and transformation within every sphere of the
community.
Rhonda has lived in
the midst of revival and has experienced citywide transformation in the nations.
This personal experience has ignited a fire in Rhonda to call the Church in the
Western World out of her spiritual captivity and into a revolution of intimacy
with Jesus. Rhonda travels nationally and internationally, helping leaders
prepare their communities for the habitation of God’s presence so His Kingdom
will break in on the earth in revival and transformation!
Rhonda serves as the Director of Fusion
Ministries, Inc. and is the author of “Desperate For His Presence” published
by Bethany House Publishers. Fusion Ministries partners with George Otis
Jr., as a Transformation Center in the United States and serves as part of an
international team of leaders in the transformation movement. Rhonda also serves
as a Senior Leader at the Int’l House of Prayer in Kansas City and works closely
with leaders in Youth With A Mission for transformation activities in cities and
nations.

Dr. Wes Adams - Associate Director, Fusion Ministries, Inc.
Wes Adams is a man who has committed his life to the study and pursuit of revival. His passion is to serve as a voice and fiery intercessor for authentic revival for the church and spiritual awakening for cities in America and among the nations.
Dr. Adams has four earned degrees in biblical and theological studies, including a Ph.D. in New Testament Studies from Baylor University (Waco, Texas).He is co-author and chief revision editor of the internationally translated Life in the Spirit Study Bible (Zondervan) and author of The Fire of God's Presence. He has written commentaries on Ephesians and Hebrews, and a Leadership Training Manual on John's Gospel for spiritual leaders in developing nations.
Wes served as a professor of New Testament Studies at the university level for 6 years. In addition, he spent 10 years in pastoral ministry, including planting a new church (1980s) with a colleague and about 40 visionary college students birthed out of a 3-year Friday night prayer meeting for revival. The church is thriving today. He has taught in a Bible College and All Nations Training Center for 14 years in connection with Metro Christian Fellowship (Kansas City, Missouri), during which time he and his wife Jane also invested two years in ministry in England (1997-99).
As a 16-year-old athletic teenager Wes experienced a spinal cord injury in a car crash that left him paralyzed and a quadriplegic. His miraculous encounter with Jesus in the hospital 36 hours after this accident forever changed his life. His heart burns with passion for Jesus and with a Psalm 119 love for God's Word.
Steve Freeman – Leadership Development
Steve
has been devoted to serving the prayer and transformation movement throughout
the Midwest for many years. His passion is to see the tangible,
manifest presence of God in every city, resulting in transformed communities.
Through personal experience, Steve has witnessed that it takes the critical
components of humility and unity to usher the presence of God into a community.
To that end, he provides practical encouragement, resources and friendship for
pastors and ministries committed to partnering in prayer, revival and
transformation. He is often called on to facilitate healthy, productive
relationships with pastors, city leaders, and prayer teams.
Steve transitioned into full-time ministry following a 23
year career in the marketplace. His journey in ministry began by working with
youth in YoungLife, for eleven years,
and then serving as a volunteer for the annual
March for Jesus campaigns, eventually becoming the city coordinator
for Indianapolis and serving two years as state director for Indiana. Since
2000, Steve has served as coordinator for a number of citywide and regional
events and was a catalyst for establishing The
Indy Prayer Furnace, a worship ministry that realized thousands of
hours of night and day prayer for central Indiana. He continues to serve in a leadership capacity
with the local church that he helped plant in 1990. Steve and his wife, Karma, and
their two children, Ryan and Kristen, reside just west of Indianapolis, Indiana.
Marie Grotte - Accounting & Finance
Marie has served as the Office Manager for author Bob Sorge for the past 7 years before joining the Fusion Ministry team. Marie has many years experience in the corporate world and is very capable and skilled in administration. She is also a powerful intercessor, worshiper, loyal friend and wise counsel. Marie has been a friend of our team for many years and is the gift of the Lord for our team and ministry as we move into an exciting new season of ministry!
