Rhonda Hughey - Founder & Director, Fusion Ministries

Rhonda Hughey has been a leader contending for transforming revival for over a 16 years. Rhonda has lived in the midst of revival in Argentina, served the city reaching movement and experienced supernatural community transformation in the nations. This personal experience has ignited a fire in Rhonda to call the Church in the Western World out of her spiritual captivity and into a revolution of intimacy with Jesus. Her passion is to see people personally restored by the love and power of Jesus and for His glory to be reflected through His Church resulting in the evangelization of the lost and transformation within every sphere of the community.

Rhonda serves as the Director of Fusion Ministries, Inc. and is the author of Desperate For His Presence (Bethany House Publishers) and the co-author of Call to Purity. Fusion Ministries partners with George Otis Jr., as a Transformation Center in the United States and Rhonda serves as part of the international transformation leadership team. Rhonda also serves as a Senior Leader at the Int’l House of Prayer in Kansas City.

Dr. Wes Adams - Associate Director, Fusion Ministries

Wes Adams has committed his life to the study and pursuit of revival. His passion is to serve as a voice and fiery intercessor for authentic revival for the church and spiritual awakening for cities in America and among the nations. Dr. Adams has four earned degrees in biblical and theological studies, including a Ph.D. in New Testament Studies from Baylor University (Waco, Texas).He is co-author and chief revision editor of the internationally translated Life in the Spirit Study Bible (Zondervan) and author of The Fire of God's Presence.

Wes served as a professor of New Testament Studies at the university level for 6 years. In addition, he spent 10 years in pastoral ministry, taught in a Bible College and All Nations Training Center for 14 years in connection with Metro Christian Fellowship (Kansas City, Missouri), during which time he and his wife Jane also invested two years in ministry in England (1997-99).

Steve Freeman – Fusion Transformation Missionary

Steve has been devoted to serving the prayer and transformation movement throughout the Midwest for many years.  His passion is to see the tangible, manifest presence of God in every city, resulting in transformed communities. Steve provides wise counsel and practical encouragement for leaders committed to transforming revival!

Steve transitioned into full-time ministry following a 23 year career in the marketplace.  Steve has been deeply involved in ministry in Indiana including working with YoungLife, for eleven years, March for Jesus, coordinating citywide and regional events helping establish The Indy Prayer Furnace.  He continues to serve in a leadership capacity with the local church that he helped plant in 1990.   Steve and his wife, Karma, and their two children, Ryan and Kristen, reside just west of Indianapolis, Indiana.

Adam Moser – Fusion Transformation Missionary

Adam has been involved with the prayer and worship movement for many years in the Central Illinois area. After High School, Adam joined YWAM. It was during that experience that God radically changed his life and challenged him to contend for more than "status quo" Christianity. His desire is to see Jesus to show up in our daily lives and live authentically before the Lord until the church is filled with God’s glory and the community is transformed by His presence and power!”

Adam has spent years pouring himself into the lives of many young adults, discipling and mentoring them so that they in turn will produce more disciples. Adam has been very involved in Young Life, his local church and “The Garage” (a citywide group of hungry people seeking the presence and transforming power of the Lord) and many other ministries in Peoria. Adam’s life and passion for Jesus have been woven like a “thread” through the citywide church of Peoria over the past several years!

Marie Grotte – Fusion Office Manager

Marie has served as the Office Manager for author Bob Sorge for 7 years before joining the Fusion Ministry team. Marie has many years experience in the corporate world as well as missions training in YWAM in Kona and Thailand. She is also a powerful intercessor, worshiper, loyal friend and wise counsel to our team. Marie has been a friend of our team for many years and is the gift of the Lord for our team and ministry as we move into an exciting new season of ministry!
